About the event
Pastor is asking all saints of EOLW to prepare themselves for 40 days of fasting and praying by making preperation to set time aside for prayer and devotion as we embark upon Resurrection Sunday. Our 40 days of praying/Mediterranean fasting will begin on February 22nd, Ash Wednesday, through April 8th, the day before Resurrection Sunday. Our 40 days of praying and fasting is commemorating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is a time of reflection and committing oneself to prayer, scripture, reading and meditation, in the word of God.
