Meet Our Leadership

Debbie Reynolds is the First Lady of Ecclesia of Living Waters Ministries, as well as the Executive Director of Ministries. She is a successful, licensed Realtor in Maryland and Pennsylvania since 2004. Lady Reynolds is a facilitator of Empowerment Home Buyer workshops. She is also a licensed Nail Technician and educator for O.P.I nail products. She is an entrepreneur of Reynolds Institute of Nail Design Beauty School, located in (Bolton Hill) Baltimore, Maryland, along with her Husband/CEO, Pastor Michael A. Reynolds.

First Lady Reynolds loves the Lord and God's people. She believes we must worship God in spirit and in truth, thereby testifying of God's goodness and healing power. Lady Reynolds is always ready to motivate, encourage and empower others to hold on to their joy even through life's challenges. She exercises her gifts of exaltation, teaching and wisdom by being an example for others. She is a woman that is full of joy and laughter.

First Lady Reynolds is the wife of her middle school sweetheart and best friend, Pastor Michael A. Reynolds of Ecclesia of Living Waters Ministries. Lady Reynolds is a very courageous and dynamic woman of God. She is the mother of three beautiful children, Ashley Reynolds, Michael E. Reynolds and Matthew Reynolds.
